All of my items can be personalised with a message please send me a message once you have ordered. I will send you a written proof so you can check it before I proceed.

If you would like a custom order, to change the quote or a completely new idea then let me know. I enjoy working with customers to create something new and different. Send me a message or click on the 'Request a custom order' link under the picture in the listings.

The size of the frame should be shown in the listing in inches and cm.

If you're not sure how this relates to actual size then let me know, I have a picture of the frame next to a mug I can send you to give sense of scale.

If you require a frame size I don't currently offer then let me know and I can try and source it for you.

All the frames are framed with perspex rather than glass so they post well and don't get damaged.

I wrap all frames in compostable bubble wrap and pack in a box.

If your order is a gift then please let me know, I can add a small gift note and remove the invoice showing all costs.
